Convene dinners/breakfasts with the Mayor/Deputy Mayor, business owners, investors and thought leaders aimed at strengthening peer-to-peer relationships, fostering loyalty to DC, and building stronger connections within the city and to investors.
September 2019: The Washington DC Economic Partnership has hosted 15 executive roundtables attended by over 200 participants representing executives, investors, universities, nonprofits, and DC government agencies. Topics included Social Impact, Transportation, Inclusive Innovation, Cybersecurity and Building Inclusive Tech Cultures.
September 2018: The Washington DC Economic Partnership hosted 9 executive roundtables attended by over 125 participants representing executives, investors, universities, nonprofits, and DC government agencies. Topics included Ed Tech, Cybersecurity, and Workforce Development.
January 2018: The Washington DC Economic Partnership began convening monthly industry-focused discussions. The goals of these discussions are to help foster a stronger community among attendees, better understand the needs of different industry verticals, and introduce business leaders to DC government and the support provided.
